Hailing from the rural town of Entiat, Washington, not much is known about the Furys, not even the true spelling of the band's name. They formed sometime in the late 1950s or very early 1960s, all of the members being high school students. Known members were Alden "Lucky" Cate, and brothers Glenn "Junior" Taylor, Jr. and Larry Taylor. I'm unsure of what instruments they played or if there were any other members. My best guess is that one of the Taylors played guitar, since their father did.
The band wore blue blazers as part of their uniform, and hauled gear in a trailer with the band's name written on the side.
Alden Cate graduated from Entiat High School in 1959. Larry Taylor graduated the following year.
They are possibly the same group who recorded with Judd Hamilton on Wenatchee's Julian Records.
